SwissElevate was founded by Simon Crahay.

Having grown up in environments closely connected to elite sport, and later worked within the World Trade Organisation and the Swiss financial industry, he developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by high-performing individuals.

His work focuses on helping clients protect what they have built and structure their trajectory over the long term.

Alongside his advisory work, Simon is also involved in initiatives in East Africa.

These projects reflect a personal conviction: that talent and ambition exist everywhere, but opportunity does not.

By building bridges between the world of sport, entrepreneurship and capital, his ambition is to help redirect resources toward places where they can create real opportunity — and where the next generation may simply need a chance.
